Oven Roasted Chicken & Vegetables

INGREDIENTS & DIRECTIONS

Season with Thyme, garlic powder and cayenne – maybe a weird combination but my family favorites! One whole chicken, halved Brussels sprouts, cubed butternut squash, mini Bella mushrooms, and Medley potatoes. After seasoning the chicken I did the same seasoning on the vegetables. I put everything into a pot and added a little bit of chicken broth to the bottom. I cooked at 350° for one hour and 15 minutes but this really depends on the size of your chicken. When you’re finished you have some really good juices to use on your chicken and vegetables!
