1 – Mango Washed & Diced
1 – Red Bell Pepper – Diced
1/2 Purple Onion – Diced
1/4 Bunch Cilantro – Rinsed & Chopped
Splash Of Lemon Juice

Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days. This salsa is perfect for fish tacos and roasted chicken!
