- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 pomegranate, deseeded
- 3-4 TBSP of chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt, to taste
- 1-2T. of olive oil (I love the simply divine herbs de Provence flavor)
Toss everything together in a bowl and enjoy on a salad or with your favorite crunchy snack!
