Ingredients:
- 3 hardboiled eggs, cut in half
- 1 large ripe avocado, smashed with fork
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. cilantro
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Sprinkle of Paprika, optional
Directions:
- Remove cook yolk from hardboiled eggs into bowl.
- Add avocado to the bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients. (lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, salt and pepper) Combine until well blended.
- Add mixture to egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika if desire.
