Advocado Devilled Eggs

  • 3 hardboiled eggs, cut in half
  • 1 large ripe avocado, smashed with fork
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. cilantro
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Sprinkle of Paprika, optional


  1. Remove cook yolk from hardboiled eggs into bowl.
  2. Add avocado to the bowl.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients. (lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, salt and pepper) Combine until well blended.
  4. Add mixture to egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika if desire.
