Creamy avocado seasoned with salt, pepper & crushed red pepper spread on crunchy wholegrain toast…I don’t think it can get any easier than this.

Avocado toast is a great option for breakfast or a hearty snack. Avocados are one of the most healthy and nutritious foods around. They are full of potassium, fiber, antioxidants and heart healthy monounsaturated fats.
